Returns & Refunds

We hope that you never need to return anything to us, however should you need to, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to exchange or refund your purchase in line with our terms and conditions.

How do I return a product?

For Business to Business Transactions 

If the ordered item is no longer required or has been damaged in transit, please contact our Remco customer service department within 14 days and we will either arrange a refund or replacement and advise returns number. 

Please print, complete and include a Return Form with your item.

When requesting a return, please take into account the following: 

  • Returns will be accepted as long as units come back to Remco as new. 
  • Returns for in warranty or damaged items will be collected and arranged by Remco. 
  • Returns due to no longer needed can be arranged by the customer or Remco for a £15.95 charge.
  • On receipt Remco will evaluate and advise if the return is accepted.  Accepted returns will be credited, less a 20% restocking charge. 
  • Warranty returns will be accepted for up to 12 months.   
  • For damaged deliveries please ensure the consignment is signed for “damaged” if any of the packaging looks damaged.  If any product delivered has damage in transit, this must be reported to Remco within 3 days.

 
For Business to Consumer Transactions 

The Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations give consumer’s additional benefits.   

If up to 14 days from receiving your goods you're unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, please contact our Remco customer service department to arrange collection.  We will credit in full once the returned order has been received.

  • If your product fails within warranty returns will be accepted for up to 12 months. 
  • For damaged deliveries please ensure the consignment is signed for “damaged” if any of the packaging looks damaged.  If any product delivered has damaged in transit, this must be reported to Remco within 3 days.
